How we work
Partners in the community
Fera is committed to supporting the communities in which we operate through meaningful partnerships, charitable activity, volunteering and skills development initiatives. We work closely with organisations such as York Cares to deliver environmental projects, support local and national charities and coordinate fundraising and donation campaigns. At Fera, we also help remove barriers to employment through initiatives like our “work wardrobe” scheme. Alongside this, we invest in the future by engaging with schools and colleges, providing mentoring, careers guidance and work experience opportunities, with a focus on young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Fera works to help to improve access to careers and drive social mobility.
