  1. Chrysanthemum stunt viroid (CSVd)
    Test to identify Chrysanthemum stunt viroid (CSVd) within your plant sample. This viroid is known to cause stunting and premature flowering within some cultivars.
  2. Lettuce mosaic virus by ELISA - seeds
    Lettuce mosaic virus (LMV) is a seed transmissible virus causing defects in lettuce heading, leaf distortions and variation in leaf colour.
  3. Barley yellow dwarf virus and Soil borne cereal mosaic virus

    This single test covers both Barley yellow dwarf virus (BYDV) and Soil-borne cereal mosaic virus.

  4. Standard growing on test for virus
    This growing on test takes six to eight weeks where tubers are grown on in the glasshouse and subsequently tested for various PVY strains and any specific viruses as requested using ELISA.
  5. Blackcurrant reversion virus
    A test for blackcurrant reversion disease which is caused by a virus transmitted by the mite Cecidophyopsis ribis (blackcurrant gall mite or big bud mite).
  6. Pepino mosaic virus in seed by ELISA
    Pepino mosaic virus (PepMV) affected tomatoes show distorted leaf development, with bubbling of the leaf surface and chlorosis.
