  1. Monitoring of Potato Cyst Nematodes (PCN): extraction from soil (400g Soil)

    An ISO accredited test for the extraction and isolation of potato cyst nematodes species (PCN) from known infested fields, as part of management practices. Identification of cyst nematodes to genus, 400g of soil.

  2. Detection of Potato Cyst Nematodes (PCN): extraction from soil (1kg Soil)

    An ISO accredited test for the extraction and identification of potato cyst nematodes(PCN) to genus, 1kg of soil.

  3. Colletotrichum spp. test on Lupin seed (1200 Seeds)

    A quantitative test to detect the presence or absence of the genus Colletotrichum spp. in Lupin Seeds.

  4. Alternaria spp. Seed Test

    Test to detect the presence or absence of the genus Alternaria in Seeds.

    A quantitative test is available on request.

  5. Pospiviroid screen
    A PCR screen to identify the presence of a number of popsiviroids in symptomatic plants/leaves including Potato spindle tuber viroid, Tomato chlorotic dwarf viroid, and Columnea latent viroid.
  6. Tomato virus diagnosis screening
    Screen for a range of tomato viruses on symptomatic plant material via ELISA.
  7. Stem Nematode Analysis
    The bulb and stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci) is a particularly destructive plant pathogenic nematode, affecting over 450 plant species.
  8. Pea bacterial blight - Pseudomonas syringae pv. pisi - Pea seed
    Test for Pseudomonas syringae pv. pisi, more commonly known as pea bacterial blight. Infection causes water-soaked spots which may coalesce into larger lesions.
  9. Plant-parasitic nematodes in seed (including stem nematode)
    Test to identify plant-parasitic nematodes in seed (including stem nematode).
  10. Pantoea stewartii subsp. stewartii - maize seeds
    Test for bacterial wilt caused by the bacterium Pantoea stewartii in Maize seeds.
  11. Halo blight seed test - Pseudomonas savastanoi pv. phaseolicola - bean
    Pseudomonas savastanoi pv. phaseolicola, is a pathogenic bacterium responsible for Halo Blight in a range of bean species.
  12. Bean blight seed test - Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. phaseoli
    Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. phaseoli, more commonly known as Bean Blight. It produces similar symptoms on leaves, pods, stems and seeds.
