  1. Water Bait Test - Phytophthora (except P. fragariae, P. rubi, and P. idaei) and Pythium
    Identification of Phytophthora and Pythium from water. Both are parasitic fungus-like microorganisms that cause diseases such as root rot on a wide range of plant species.

  7. Strawberry black spot (Collectotrichum acutatum) in plants (Non-symptomatic)
    This test is for screening non-symptomatic specimens to confirm/exclude the presence of Strawberry black spot within your sample.
  8. Strawberry crown rot (Phytophthora cactorum) in plants (Symptomatic)
    This test is for symptomatic plants to confirm the presence of strawberry crown rot (Phytiphthora cactorum) within your sample.
  9. Strawberry crown rot (Phytophthora cactorum) in plants (Non-symptomatic)
    This test is to screen healthy plants to check for the presence of strawberry crown rot within your sample.
  10. Identification of Storage Insects and Mites
    We understand that every case is different and with our wealth of experience you have come to the right place to identify your insect you may have found in your imports.
  11. Identification of Trichoderma aggressivum on compost
    Test for Trichoderma aggressivum, which can infect and colonise healthy, productive mushroom compost. It causes compost green mould in Agaricus.
  12. Strawberry red core (Phytophthora fragariae) in plants (Non-Symptomatic)
    This test for Strawberry Red Core (Phytophthora fragariae) on non-symptomatic plants allows for the detection of low levels of the disease in propogation material.
