  8. Blackcurrant reversion virus
    A test for blackcurrant reversion disease which is caused by a virus transmitted by the mite Cecidophyopsis ribis (blackcurrant gall mite or big bud mite).
  9. Soft Rotting Bacteria (average tuber inoculum load)
    This test provides a total count of soft rotting bacteria in potato tubers.
  10. Potato spindle tuber viroid by TaqMan® - Seeds

    The common symptoms of Potato spindle tuber viroid (PSTVd) can include stunted growth and changes in the foliage colour in extensively affected crops.

  11. Spraing test for symptomatic tubers (Tobacco rattle virus & Potato mop top virus)

    Tests for the 2 viruses responsible for spraing, the nematode transmitted Tobacco rattle virus (TRV) and the Powdery scab transmitted Potato mop top virus (PMTV)

  12. Barley yellow dwarf virus and Soil borne cereal mosaic virus

    This testing for cereal crops covers both Barley yellow dwarf virus (BYDV) and Soil-borne cereal mosaic virus.
