  1. Additional pospiviroid seed testing (1500 seeds)

Pospiviroid positives detected by real time RT-PCR (TaqMan) are tested by RT-PCR and sequencing to try to identify and confirm the pospiviroid - this is a supplementary test to our standard Pospiviroid seed testing package.

  2. Identification and confirmation of pospiviroid seed positive

Pospiviroid positives detected by real time RT-PCR (TaqMan) are tested by RT-PCR and sequencing to try to identify and confirm the pospiviroid.

  3. Potato spindle tuber viroid (PSTVd) seed testing package (1500 seeds)

Potato spindle tuber viroid (PSTVd) effects tomato, pepper and other solanaceous hosts. Symptoms include stunting, severe yellowing and distortion of the leaves. PSTVd is seed transmitted. 1500 seeds are tested for Potato spindle tuber viroid (PSTVd) by real time RT-PCR (TaqMan). However, this TaqMan assay also detects Tomato chlorotic dwarf viroid (TCDVd), Mexican papita viroid (MPVd) and Tomato planta macho viroid (TPMVd).

  4. Pospiviroid seed testing package (1500 seeds)

Pospiviroid positives detected by real time RT-PCR (TaqMan) are tested by RT-PCR and sequencing to try to identify and confirm the pospiviroid.

  5. Strawberry tarsonemid mite (Phytonemus pallidus subsp. fragariae)
Rapid identification of strawberry Tarsonemid Mites (Phytonemus pallidus fragariae) within your plant samples.
  6. Black Rot - Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris - Brassica
Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris, more commonly known as black rot, can be found across a range of host plants, infecting all cultivated Brassicas. This includes cabbage, cauliflower and mustard varieties.
  7. Bean blight seed test - Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. phaseoli
Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. phaseoli, more commonly known as Bean Blight. It produces similar symptoms on leaves, pods, stems and seeds.
  8. Halo blight seed test - Pseudomonas savastanoi pv. phaseolicola - bean
Pseudomonas savastanoi pv. phaseolicola, is a pathogenic bacterium responsible for Halo Blight in a range of bean species.
  9. Pantoea stewartii subsp. stewartii - maize seeds
Test for bacterial wilt caused by the bacterium Pantoea stewartii in Maize seeds.
  10. Xanthomonas hortorum pv. carotae - Carrot seed
Xanthomonas hortorum pv. carotae, more commonly known as the bacterial blight of carrot.
  11. Bacterial canker - Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. michiganensis - Seed
Detection of the pathogenic bacteria Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. michiganensis in tomato seeds.
  12. Bacterial spot - Xanthomonas spp. - tomato or pepper
Test to detect Xanthomonas spp. (Xanthomonas euvesicatoria, Xanthomonas gardeneri, Xanthomonas perforans and Xanthomonas vesicatoria) in tomato and sweet pepper seeds
